We’re a leader in the field of nature photography and an advocate for the environment. This evolving practice relates to access to public lands, environmental impact, ethical field practices, and truth in captions. Discover our positions on these and other developing concerns for our environment.
We work to educate members on conservation photography and conservation issues of importance to nature photographers. We also encourage and inform nature photographers on how to undertake conservation projects, help support and promote conservation projects of nature photographers, and explore creative ways to sponsor or support broader member projects.
As a nature photographer, you have rights that need to be protected. We are here to help you know your rights and protect your interests on a wide range of legal and practical issues.
Education is one of the key tenants of our mission. Whether you’re a full-time professional or a beginner, we have resources that can help you grow your photography business or improve your photography skills.
We’re a network of nature photographers that engages everyone from enthusiasts and students to professionals in events that celebrate nature. Through our events, volunteer opportunities, and online resources, we provide opportunities for members to connect.
