Joe and Mary Ann McDonald have been leading photo tours worldwide for over 33 years. We specialize in wildlife and nature photography, offering trips to Tanzania, India, Chile, Ecuador, Svalbard, and other locations. We only do small groups, allowing us to teach, mentor, and interpret what we see and photograph. Most NANPA members know us: Mary has been the master of ceremony for several summits, and Joe has presented numerous programs at summits. Joe is perhaps best known for his high speed flash and camera triggering device work, and he has produced an ebook on that subject. They were one of the first to offer high speed flash photography workshops for hummingbirds and bats at several locations, including AZ, Costa Rica, and Ecuador. Joe and Mary Ann are both Olympus Educators and are now enthusiastic advocates of mirrorless cameras.
