Jeff Schultz is a professional photographer in Anchorage, Alaska. Three months after graduating from high school in 1978, his love of the outdoors led him from the Bay Area of California to Alaska where has lived ever since. Jeff has traveled to nearly every corner of Alaska either on assignment or making stock images. Jeff specializes in location editorial, and corporate photography as well as shooting stock images of landscapes, wildlife and adventure. His assignment and stock images have been published worldwide in many books, calendars, advertisements, and magazines including: Outside, Sports Illustrated, TIME, Newsweek, Outdoor Photographer, Boy’s Life and many more. Jeff has been the official photographer of the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race since 1982.
Jeff founded and successfully ran the stock photo agency, Alaska Stock Images for 22 years before selling it in 2012. Along with assignments and stock, Jeff currently offers scheduled and custom Alaska photography workshops and tours to some of his favorite Alaskan locations.
