Join pro nature photographers Brenda Tharp and Jed Manwaring on this photographic adventure to Botswana’s premier location for wildlife photography. Winter (Dec-early March) rains transform the brown winter landscape into a wondrous land of green. Late March offers all the wildlife opportunities of any other season, with the addition of fantastic potential to see and photograph wildlife babies and many colorful migratory birds, without the high-season crowds, and at a lower cost.
We have selected three camps that provide a variety of terrain, which means a variety of wildlife. We have the potential to see and photograph lion, leopard, elephant, giraffe, and cape buffalo, a variety of antelopes, giraffe, zebras, wildebeest, red lechwe, hippo and the elusive wild dog. Each person gets a row in the vehicle, an open-sided land cruiser that provides unimpeded viewing. We make two extended safari drives each day in early morning and late afternoon. We can guarantee you that you will fill up your memory cards along with your soul on this journey. There is not one day on a Botswana Safari that will leave you disappointed. Every day will bring a surprise! Just check out our gallery on the website page, link below.
