Florida Wetlands Wildlife with Jackie Schletter

April 27 - April 30

Explore the wetlands of Central/East Florida during peak wildlife activity on a small-group photography experience designed to help you create stronger, more intentional images. We’ll work the classic marsh views and freshwater trails known for osprey, spoonbills, herons, anhingas, and the constant swirl of wading birds that define this region. The focus is on timing, behavior anticipation, creative light, and building a more confident field workflow, with supportive instruction offered right where you’re shooting.

Each day blends guided field sessions with optional mid-day image review and technique coaching. We’ll spend time discussing composition, exposure for fast action, flight photography, and how to approach birds ethically in wetlands environments. All skill levels are welcome. The goal is simple: to help you grow your visual voice while enjoying some of Florida’s most dependable wildlife hotspots.
