Florida Bird & Wildlife Workshop with Todd Nettelhorst

April 16 - April 19

Escape into springtime wildlife photography with an immersive 4-day workshop in South Florida, timed perfectly for peak nesting season. Whether you’re visiting from up north or you’re a Florida local, you’ll experience iconic wetlands and rookeries through a fresh lens—capturing the energy of courtship, nesting, and nonstop bird activity in the Everglades and nearby refuges.

This is a hands-on learning experience—not just a photo tour. With real-time instruction, guided field practice, and personalized feedback from professional instructors, you’ll build skills fast using a proven INFORMATION ➝ PRACTICE ➝ FEEDBACK approach. Expect close encounters with egrets, wood storks, spoonbills, herons, limpkins, ibis, ducks, and more, plus opportunities for raptors and Florida’s wild cast of reptiles and mammals—all while refining composition, behavior-based shooting, exposure, focus, and storytelling to come home with stronger images and a clearer creative vision.
