Journey into the heart of Alaska’s Arctic mountain range, the Brooks Range, and the aurora oval. This Brooks Range Spring Aurora workshop will focus on composition and technique for landscape photography. The emphasis on this workshop is the aurora borealis. So, our days will consist of classroom sessions early in the day, then heading out into the field for evening light and aurora borealis. We also do a walking historical tour of Wiseman with a longtime local resident. There is also potential for seeing over-wintering members of the Central Arctic Caribou Herd.
