Bosque del Apache & White Sands, New Mexico with John Slonina

December 4, 2026 - December 9, 2026

World-famous Bosque del Apache offers unique bird and wildlife photography opportunities. Photograph thousands of sandhill cranes and snow geese as they flock to the fields and marshes. Add to that an impressive tally of 70,000 snow geese, 40,000-plus ducks (at least 14 species), Canada geese, Gambel’s quail, roadrunners, bald eagles, and more than 300 other winged species. We will also visit White Sands National Park, where you will experience the photogenic white dunes, an incredible petroglyph site, and the stunning Organ Mountains in Las Cruces.
