NANPA 2026 Copyright and Income Survey: take it by September 18; 10–12 minutes; open to all photographers

Members, share your experience with copyright, income, artificial intelligence, and changing business costs. The survey takes about 10–12 minutes, and your responses will help strengthen advocacy for photographers.

NANPA and ASMP are partnering with our colleagues at PPA to invite photographers to participate in the 2026 Copyright & Income Survey.

What the survey covers

The survey asks about the issues shaping photographers’ work and businesses, including copyright, income, artificial intelligence, and changing fees and costs. It is open to all photographers.

How your responses will be used

Your responses are confidential. Findings will be reported in aggregate, and individual responses will not be identified. The information collected may help NANPA and other organizations that represent photographers and visual artists advocate for creators, inform communications with Congress and the U.S. Copyright Office, and support work toward stronger copyright protections and fairer compensation.
