The NANPA office receives many phone calls and emails daily about every subject under the sun. In this column, I will address some of the commonly asked questions and also share member information, discounts, benefits and other items of interest.
Member Login
If you’re not logging into the Member Area of the NANPA website, you’re missing out! This is where you update your profile and access benefits that are available only to members: https://nanpa.org/members.php.
You can also go to the NANPA Home Page, www.nanpa.org, and select the green Member Login button at the top left corner. Enter your User ID and Password. If you’ve forgotten your Password, this is where you can reset it. Note that this is a two-step process, and you’ll receive an email notification that you must respond to in order to validate your new password.
After login, you’ll be at the Member Menu where you can access all member benefits and manage your account. Start with Your Account and select Membership Dashboard. You can update your profile, change your address, email or other contact information, select your email preferences or share information about yourself. We no longer mail printed membership cards, so if you want one, you can print it here. Your membership ID number is on your membership card.
Adobe Store Discount
As a NANPA member you can receive a 15 percent discount from the Adobe Store. This applies to all commercial products, single products or bundles, new versions or upgrades. Login to the member area of the website; then, under Member Benefits select Vendor/Workshop Discounts, then Adobe Systems. Note that the Adobe online form requires the “Adobe Validation Number” (not your Member Number) that’s located on the Member’s Discounts page.
Volunteers Needed
Getting involved on a committee is a great way to meet like-minded people and to help NANPA. Committee chairs are responsible for coordinating all committee projects and activities. We currently are looking for committee chairs and members for:
- Membership Committee
- Professional Issues Committee
- Summit Committee
